Wanted trinity to cut my son’s hair. I booked appointment with her but when I arrived I was told she has the day off. I prefer trinity, not 100 percent happy with the haircut

I do not like the new check-in system. I could not see how many people were checked-in in front of me, and so no estimated wait time. Very inconvenient for families with small kids. The video on the screen in the waiting room was on a loop repeat, and the videos in the hair salon were not working (screen froze).
